<manveru> so i scribbled down a draft and implemented it today

<manveru> 't important' will open all facts that are tagged important in one file in your editor, each with a header like '#2# tag1, important, tag2, tag3'

<manveru> if you want to add a new fact, just use ' # tags you, wanna use'
